8[font=宋体]月[/font][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][font=宋体]日至[/font][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][font=宋体]日，北京环保和城管部门继续联合开展了[/font][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][font=宋体]月大气专项执法周行动。环保部门共检查各类污染源单位[/font][font=Times New Roman]1427[/font][font=宋体]家，其中服务业清洁能源改造企业[/font][font=Times New Roman]72[/font][font=宋体]家、餐饮企业[/font][font=Times New Roman]710[/font][font=宋体]家、常年运行锅炉[/font][font=Times New Roman]126[/font][font=宋体]家，分别占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]5%[/font][font=宋体]、[/font][font=Times New Roman]49.8% [/font][font=宋体]和[/font][font=Times New Roman]9%[/font][font=宋体]。拟立案处罚环境违法单位[/font][font=Times New Roman]106[/font][font=宋体]家，拟处罚金额约[/font][font=Times New Roman]274[/font][font=宋体]万元，违法单位全部集中曝光（违法单位名单附后），严厉打击大气环境违法行为。此外，检查中还发现存在工地扬尘、露天烧烤、无照经营等违法问题的单位[/font][font=Times New Roman]19[/font][font=宋体]家，依法移送城管、工商等部门查处。[/font]
在拟立案处罚的[font=Times New Roman]106[/font][font=宋体]家环境违法单位中，餐饮企业[/font][font=Times New Roman]42[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]40%[/font][font=宋体]；常年运行锅炉使用单位[/font][font=Times New Roman]19[/font][font=宋体]家；占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]18% [/font][font=宋体]。从具体违法行为看，废气排放超标的[/font][font=Times New Roman]17[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]16% [/font][font=宋体]；废气治理设施不正常运行或使用的[/font][font=Times New Roman]35[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]33%[/font][font=宋体]；无环保审批或验收手续的[/font][font=Times New Roman]27[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]25%[/font][font=宋体]；无废气治理设施的[/font][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]9%[/font][font=宋体]；危险废物类违法的[/font][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]7%[/font][font=宋体]；不使用清洁能源、扬尘污染、噪声超标等其他违法行为的[/font][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][font=宋体]家，占总数的[/font][font=Times New Roman]9%[/font][font=宋体]。[/font]
