A. Buyer has received from the Seller the following documents and found them in B. order:Invoice in two out of three (2/3) originals and three (3) copies indicating the contract number, commodity of this shipment, quantity, Contract Value of the delivery, total amount due and shipping mark. C. Detailed packing list in two (2) copies. D. One (1)copy of certificate of quality and quantity issued by the manufacturer of main equipment . E. One (1) Insurance Policy indicating shipping mark and invoice number. F. One Cargo receipt in original and on copy signed by the End-user. 4.3 10%(ten percent) of the total Contract price which is RMB 172, 936:--)(SAY ONE HUNDRED SENENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX )shall be paid to the Seller by the not later then 12 ,months after that the Buyer has received from the Seller the following documents and found them in order: A. Commercial Invoice in two original and 4(four) copies indicating the contract number, the total Contract amount and the amount of the payment due . B. Acceptance Certificate in 1(one) original and 2(two)copies signed and issued by Buyer/ Enduser or a competent inspecting and testing institute. 4.4 In case the Seller is liable for paying the Buyer liquidated damage, penalty and/or compensation under Article 14 of the Contract ,the Buyer shall have the right to deduct it from any of the payments under negotiation . 4.5 The banking charges incurred in the Buyer’s Bank shall be borne by the Buyer, whereas the banking charges incurred outside the Buyer’s Bank shall be borne by the Seller. 4.6 Shipping advise The Seller shall, within thirty (30)calendar days before the date of shipment stipulated in the contract, notify the Buyer by fax of Contract No., name of Goods , quantity, number of packages, total gross weight ,total volume (m3) in cubic meters and the date of readiness for shipment at the port of loading .
