根据文献,对合成高聚物或有机高分子化合物的改性是石油工程化学处理剂研究发展的一个重要方向。本文对石油工程中广泛使用的PAM及其衍生物的制备及评价作了较为深入的研究。
通过Mannich 反应,制得阳离子化PAM,研究了聚合物阳离子度的控制途径,并采用JIS法测定了阳离子度;研究了温度、加碱量对PHP水解度的影响,制备了一系列PHP产品,采用盐酸中和滴定法测定水解度。通过对PHP阳离子化制备两性离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM),分别测定其阳离子度和水解度。
分别采用膨润土悬浊液法及与无机混凝剂(PAC)复配处理钻井废水的方法,对制得的 系列产品进行絮凝性能评价,采用721型分光光度计在400nm处测定了上层清夜的透光率,研究了分子结构和分子形态对絮凝沉降能力的影响。对聚合物与不同处理体系作用的效果差异及内在原因进行讨论。
希望本论文对PAM的改性及其产品的现场使用能提供有益的参考。

性能评价ABSTRACT
According to the literatures, modifying the synthetic and natural polymers is a very important developing direction in the petroleum chemistry engineering. This paper studies the preparation and application of the polymer PAM and it′s derivants which are applied comprehensively in the fields.
Through Mannich Reaction,the PAM are cationized. It is discussed that how to control the polymer′s cationization degree. And the JIS method is applied to determine the CPAM′s CD. The dependency of hydrolization degree to the reaction conditions is researched and the method of hydrochloric acid neutralization titration is used to determine the HD of the PHP. Furthermore , the both its CD and HD is determined. In order to characterize all the products prepared above, the Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy is utilized.
The prepared products are evaluated by beaker flocculating and settling test through dealing with bentonitic clay floating liquid anddrilling wastewater bended in the laboratory.
The spectrophotometer is utilized to get the transmissivity of the processed water at 400 nm. By this way the molecule structure and morpholoy′s influence to floc tests are researched.
The author hope this paper can supply some references to the design and field use of PAM modification.
