其实生活污水,养殖废水,发酵废水,垃圾渗滤液都是一样的,不过是浓度不同而已,而且这些污水是完全可以用微生物变成饮用淡水,但是投加化工药剂之后,就无法治理了!

污泥别说烘干,真正处理的没有几家,目前重水轻泥

不过后面不用生物接触氧化工艺,还有带式脱水机也不好用。

抚顺肉联厂的屠宰废水主要来自:宰前饲料厂排放的畜粪冲洗水;屠宰车间排放的含血污和畜粪的地面冲洗水;烫毛时排放的含大量毛的高温水;剖解车间排放的含肠胃内容物的废水;炼油车间排放的油脂废水等。此外,还含有来自冷冻机房的冷却水和来自车间卫生设备、锅炉、办公楼等排放的生活污水。故其屠宰废水呈红褐色并有明显的腥臭味,悬浮物浓度很高,但不含重金属及有毒化学物质,是一种典型的有机废水。[1~4]
根据国内外同类企业屠宰废水处理效果的调查分析以及国家《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13457-92)的二级排放标准的要求, [3,4]确定了抚顺肉联厂污水处理站的日平均污水流量为800m3/d ;平均小时流量为35m3/h;同时确定了主体工艺SBR装置的进出水水质设计标准,如下表1所示:

2 处理屠宰废水的工艺流程
2.1工艺流程的确定
    对肉类加工废水的处理主要是去除废水中的悬浮物和各种形态的有机污染物,因此宜于采用以生物处理为主体的处理工艺。根据抚顺肉联厂的实际情况及抚顺地区的气候条件,利用有限的资金,力求制定出投资省、操作简单、运行费用低、占地面积小,合理先进的工艺路线,并能避免二次污染。 结合国内外屠宰废水处理厂的工程实例,决定在预处理基础上采用酸化+两段SBR处理工艺。该工艺在抚顺天成肉牛污水处理站的实际运行情况良好,各项污染物指标均已达到或低于国家标准,充分体现了该工艺在处理肉类加工行业废水所具有的优势。
2.2工艺流程的说明及简图:
    来自各车间的屠宰废水经厂内管线进入浮渣除油池,在此去除污水中漂浮的大块浮油和其他大宗漂浮物,以保证格栅的正常运行(考虑到人工清淘方便,在池内设置清理平台)。然后,污水经格栅去除较大悬浮物和碎骨,细肉等杂物后进入泵房集水井。污水经一次提升进入细格筛,去除水中的猪毛、未消化食物、粪便等较小悬浮物。在隔油沉淀池内进一步去除水中的细小油珠和悬浮物质。至此完成全部预处理工作。
    采用酸化+两段SBR处理工艺对抚顺肉联厂的屠宰废水进行处理,其工艺流程的简图如图1:

    预处理出水进入预曝气调节池后均匀水质水量,再经调节池中的水泵二次提升进入两段SBR池,在两段SBR池内通过曝气由活性污泥处理后达标排放。SBR池中剩余污泥经脱水设备脱水后外运。在隔油隔渣池前段设置粗、细格筛,以除去各种杂质和较大的悬浮物。继而进入隔油区进行除油,最后经过简单的滤池进行过滤。污水经隔油隔渣池后进入调节厌氧池,污水在此进行均衡调质。污水经过以上的前处理后由泵送到SBR反应池进行生化反应,提升泵设两台(一用一备)。SBR池的处理周期视水量而定,当水量较大时每天可运行两个周期,每个周期为7h,其中进水1h,生化处理5h,沉淀0.5h,排水0.5h。
2.3主要设备及构筑物说明
浮渣池:新建钢筋砼结构,与格栅间合建。污水在池内停留10-15分钟。
格栅间:格栅间内安装一台机械格栅,栅宽500mm,栅条间距5-20mm。建筑面积9平方米。
水泵房:利用原有泵房、水泵、集水井。
细格筛:将原有除油池改为细格筛集水池,加盖设备间以保证冬季正常使用。细格筛材质为不锈钢,网眼规格20目左右。设备间建筑面积15平方米。
隔油沉淀池:利用原有双层沉淀池,加装集油和排泥设施。建成隔油沉淀池,进一步完善预处理工艺。
预曝气调节池:由于屠宰厂外排污水为间歇式排放,每天污水均集中3-5个小时内排出,所以调节池按调节24小时平均污水量设计,即调节池容积1000m3,池体采用钢筋砼结构,占地面积250m2。
一段SBR池:池体为钢筋砼结构,分两组,设计池内污泥浓度4000mg/L,每组池子容积500 m3。
二段SBR池:设两组,钢筋砼结构,设计池内污泥浓度3000mg/L,每组容积400m3。
鼓风机房、控制室:鼓风机房和控制室合建,建筑面积90平方米。鼓风机房内设三台MJB250B型罗茨风机,两用一备,总装机容量为108m3/min,分别供给一、二段SBR池和预曝气调节池用气。污水处理站内所有机电设备控制均在控制室内完成。
污泥浓缩池:利用原有接触池,增加排泥设施,有效容积60m3。
污泥脱水机房:将原有加氯间进行改造,成为污泥脱水机房。房间内安装箱式压滤机、加药设备、污泥提升加压设备。污泥投药、脱水整个过程在此完成。     
3 工程调试运行
    本工艺的主要调试工作为好氧活性污泥的接种、驯化,鉴于屠宰废水可生化性良好的特点,活性污泥的培养和驯化工作同步进行。为缩短培养、驯化时间,接种污泥采用附近污水处理厂的生化污泥(含水率99.6% )。按调试方案,采用间歇培养法,调试时SBR池内放50m3 屠宰废水进行闷曝,按照SBR工艺的运行周期,隔一段时间排出适量上清液,再补充原废水,随着污泥量的增长,逐步缩短每周期曝气时间,增加更换的水量。培养1个月左右时SV=15% ,达到了满负荷进水条件,微生物生长良好,出水稳定。
4 处理效果分析
    经过调试后,利用水解酸化+两段SBR工艺处理屠宰废水,连续运行4个月,沿程污水的各项指标去除情况见表2:

5 效益分析
    辽宁抚顺肉联厂采用的酸化+两段SBR法处理屠宰废水,与普通活性污泥法工艺相比,不需要二次沉淀池、回流污泥及其设备,工艺简单,占在面积小。该废水处理站日排废水800吨,处理成本0.82元/立方米水,可节省用地30-40%,运行费用可降低10-20%,每年可节省6.48万元。投入使用后,设备运行平稳,排水水质稳定达标,每年减少COD排放量284.42t,SS:173.17吨,油6.6t,排出的水质达到了设计指标,出水清澈透明。此项工程顺利通过了省市“一控双达标”验收,从根本上解决了将军河污染大户的污染问题。
6 结果与讨论
(1)本工程实践证明,水解酸化+两段SBR工艺处理屠宰废水,具有工艺简单、处理流程短、操作方便、投资省和运行费用低等优点,适合于肉类加工厂屠宰废水处理。
(2)本工艺对废水的水量及有机负荷的冲击有较好的缓冲能力,按设计的处理程序运行,无污泥膨胀现象发生,系统工作稳定可靠。运行期间活性污泥性能良好,没有发生污泥膨胀现象。
(3)水解酸化+两段SBR工艺的操作运行稳定、方便,对水量、水质有较强的抗冲击能力。因此,对于处理水质、水量变化较大的屠宰废水厂来说,是一种理想的选择。
