[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]随着我国城市污水处理率逐年提高，城市污水处理厂的污泥产量也急剧增加。但目前国内污泥处理处置水平很低，难以达到污泥的[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]减量化、稳定化、无害化、资源化要求，并带来环境的二次污染[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]和污水处理正常运行的困难。污泥处理处置已成为环境综合治理工作中的新难点、新挑战。国家三部委联合制定的《城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置及污染防治技术政策（试行）》（建城[2009]23号）将对提高城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置水平，保护和改善生态环境，促进经济社会和环境可持续发展起到巨大推动作用。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=15pt]为了进一步提高我国污泥处理处置技术水平，了解污泥处理处置的国内外现状、前景与发展趋势，切实达到污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化、资源化的要求，避免由此引起的二次污染。住房和城乡建设部政策研究中心决定举办“污泥处理与综合利用暨污泥处理新设备、新技术交流研讨会”。届时将邀请有关部门领导和专家到会演讲，现邀请各单位报名参加。[/size][/font]
