[font=宋体][size=14pt]我司自主研发的污泥高压金属压滤机又称可变容式特种压滤机，WN-XTY50/1150 高压金属压滤机长7M；宽1.68M;高4M，总重量47吨；行腔2立方,通过液压油缸推动活塞板进行压榨,压力可自由选择,压榨压力最大达到50公斤.每台机器共48块圆形钢板,每个钢板由过滤板、压圈、活塞板、弹簧、密封圈组成。加药3%情况下处理含水率80%的污泥最终滤饼含水率在50%左右，放置3天含水率40%左右，处理含水率80%的污泥45吨/天，处理一个批次需要90分钟，目前主要运用于市政污水厂、热电厂、垃圾电厂、水泥厂、工业企业（印染、电镀）。[/size][/font]
